Music Extra Curricular Activities
The following musical activities take place weekly:
Diocesan Singing Project on Friday mornings in Year 3, with Ms Bradley, the Salford Diocese Choral Director.
Friday - Year 5 and 6 Guitar Club after school, with Mr Woodward.
Key Stage 2 Choir Tuesday lunchtimes, with Mrs Nish.
In addition, we also take part in musical events such as Manchester's 'Big Sing' and the annual Irish Festival.
Key Stage 2 Choir
The choir have been preparing for Christmas by singing at the Hidden Gem on Wednesday 13th December.
The choir have also been preparing to sing at Brookdale Nursing Home for a performance on Tuesday 19th December.
Mrs Malone and Mrs Eyres took a small group of children from Years 5 and 6 to sing at Dove's Nest Care home on Tuesday 12th December.
The choir took part in One Education's Irish Festival on Thursday 14th March.

The Big Sing
Year 6 children prepared and sang songs at One Education's Big Sing in July.
Irish Festival
The Key Stage 2 Choir enjoyed a day at One Education's Irish Festival. The children joined in dance, singing and instrumental workshops followed by an afternoon concert in the afternoon.
Brookdale View Nursing Home
The Choir visited Brookdale Nursing home again on Wednesday 10th July to sing to the residence.
Guitar Club
On Fridays Year 5 and 6 Guitar Club after school is led by Mr Woodward.
